01Integrations · Google Sheets
Every new row in your Google Sheet, a lead in Aronity.
The Aronity add-on for Google Sheets sends Google Form answers, pasted lists and rows from your other tools to your CRM - with duplicates handled, workflows started and every row marked.

How it works.
01
Install the add-on
From the Google Workspace Marketplace, or in Google Sheets under Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons, search for Aronity.
02
Create a connection code
In Aronity, open Integrations → Google Sheets and create a code. Each sheet gets its own, and you can stop any of them at any time.
03
Match your columns
In the sheet, open Extensions → Aronity → Open, paste the code and match each column to an Aronity field. A phone number column is required.
04
Leads arrive on their own
New rows become leads, and the Aronity column beside each row says what happened to it: added, updated, already in Aronity, or why not.
03When rows are sent
Fast where it can be, never half-done.
Google Form answers
Sent the moment they arrive in the sheet.
Rows you paste
Sent at once.
Rows you type
Sent as soon as every column you matched has a value. A row left with gaps goes within the hour, so a half-typed row never goes early.
Rows from other tools
Rows written by Zapier, Make or your website are sent within the hour. Sync now sends them straight away.
04Questions
Good to know.
- What happens when the number is already in Aronity?
- You choose, per sheet: skip the row, fill in only what the lead is missing, or update the lead with the row’s values. A blocked number is never added.
- Can a row be added twice?
- No. Each row is given an id the first time it is sent, and Aronity keeps it on the lead. Sending the same row again changes nothing. To send a row again on purpose, clear its cell in the Aronity column.
- What about the rows already in my sheet?
- When you connect a sheet you choose: leave them, add them without starting workflows, or add them and start workflows as for any new lead.
- Do workflows run on leads from a sheet?
- Yes. Choose Google Sheets as the source in a workflow’s Start block to send a WhatsApp template, assign the lead or anything else a workflow can do.
- Who gets the new leads?
- The person you choose in the add-on, or your lead team that takes website form and API leads. The status can be chosen too.
- What happens at my plan’s new-lead limit?
- Rows past the limit are marked as waiting and are sent on their own once your plan has room again. Nothing is lost.
- Which plans include it?
- Every plan that includes import and export. You can see yours under Billing in Aronity.
- How do I stop it?
- Choose Disconnect in the add-on, or in Aronity under Integrations → Google Sheets. The code stops working at once. Leads already sent stay in Aronity.
What the add-on can see
Only the spreadsheet you use it in - and of that, only the columns you match to Aronity fields. It writes one column of its own, headed Aronity. It does not read your other files or your email, and the rows go only to your own Aronity account. Google shares your account’s email address and name with every Marketplace app you install; the add-on does not use them or send them to Aronity. Read the details in our privacy policy.
